## Stationery & Paper Goods Returns

We gladly accept returns on unused, unopened, and undamaged products at any time.

Eligible items may be returned for a refund or store credit if they are:

* unused
* in original condition
* free from wear, markings, or damage

Because many of our products are designed for personal use, any used merchandise cannot be returned or refunded.

This includes:

* written in journals or notebooks
* used planners
* opened or damaged stationery
* used bookmarks or paper goods
* digital downloads

## Apparel Returns

For any future apparel collections, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, apparel items must be:

* unworn
* unwashed
* in original condition
* free from stains, scents, or damage
* returned with original tags (if applicable)

## Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

* digital downloads
* personalized or custom products
* used merchandise
* gift cards
* clearance or final sale items

## Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
